Usonia Home

Usonia is a "New World" design philosophy developed by American architect Frank Lloyd Wright.  The classic Wright single-story Usonia home consisted of flat roofs, cantilevered overhangs and an L-shape floor plan within a garden terrace siting.  Wright's first Usonia home was the known as the 'Jacobs House', built in 1937.  The successor to the Usonia home is the Ranch-style home.
